Vaping without Nicotine

Some of the chemicals found in e-cigarette aerosol, such as propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, and flavorings, can still cause lung irritation and other health problems. Additionally, there have been cases of e-cigarette or vaping-associated lung injury (EVALI) linked to the use of e-cigarettes, particularly those containing THC.

Therefore, it is recommended that individuals avoid vaping altogether if possible. If you are trying to quit smoking, there are other safer and more effective methods available, such as nicotine replacement therapy or prescription medications. It is also important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any smoking cessation program.

Vapes without nicotine are electronic cigarettes that do not contain nicotine in their e-liquid or e-juice. The e-liquid is usually made up of a mixture of propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), flavorings, and sometimes other additives. These types of vapes are also known as nicotine-free vapes or zero-nicotine vapes.

People may choose to use vapes without nicotine for various reasons, such as to reduce their dependence on nicotine or to avoid the harmful effects of nicotine on their health. However, as I mentioned earlier, even nicotine-free vapes are not completely safe, as they still contain potentially harmful chemicals and substances that can be inhaled into the lungs.

It is important to note that some e-cigarettes marketed as nicotine-free may still contain trace amounts of nicotine, so it is crucial to read labels and purchase products from reputable manufacturers to ensure that they truly are nicotine-free.
