If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment. Payment must be received in full before an order ships, and applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout.

Orders

Your order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or we cannot verify your age. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

Shipping

We ship to all states within the USA, subject to local laws and carrier restrictions on certain products. Shipping costs and carrier depend on the product and your location and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier.

Returns & Warranties
